Seriously, if you haven’t heard about the mood benefits of ashwagandha or adaptogens, you are MISSING out!
So to break it down, Ashwagandha is an adaptogen. Sounds fancy and all, but adaptogens are herbs that help your body ADAPT to stress better. See what I did there? HA.
This means some people take Ashwagandha and are able to sleep soo much better, while other people feel less sluggish.
ANYWAYS I’m actually sipping on this latte while I write this post (Iced of course, it’s mid July!!) because, well, I live in NYC. LOL. I try to have it when I’m winding down for the day, I’ll just shake it up real quick in my blender bottle and sip on it while I’m getting ready for bed. CHANGES the game!!
