MONDAYS A LA MODE: FLOW & HACKING YOUR TO-DO LIST!

Hi hi guys.. How’s your full moon been? Lol.. I feel a lot of energy flow lately.. or maybe I’m just hormonal. HA (too real, lmao)

OKKK on that note.

Lately I’ve been having a hard time sitting down to focus. I’ve just been in the mood to talk and get distracted on all sorts of stuff. I sort of use this as a little pointer that I need to get clearer on my to-do list. I’m definitely an air sign (Aquarius!) and have to be really disciplined and grounded if I want to get anything done!!

HACK YOUR DAILY TO-DO LIST

there’s nothing to get you focused like a coffee, a work out, and a SMALL focused to do list.

Yes, you heard me. Keep it under 5-7 TOP ITEMS that need to get done today.

& start with the one you are scared to do most. Fear & resistance is the best pointer to exactly what you should be doing.

Then, the rest of the day you feel too accomplished, & your to do list breezes by!

I also have been loving the “Study Beats” playlist on Apple Music, it’s too good for getting into flow of writing & doing desk work. & not to talk about hot water with lemon, Qualia & my bullet proof coffee.. but a morning routine is key.

Speaking of being focused, the motivation to cross off items on your to-do list only happens when your daily tasks are things that chip away to your long term goals.

If you don’t have your goals written down yet, work from 1 main long term focus, to a year from now, to monthly and then daily habits.

You feel me? If blogging full time is a long term goal for me, then I’m going to be motivated to take the photo, answer that email & write that post.

& if it’s not, I’m not going to use my energy on it. I only want to place my select amount of daily energy on things that are worth it to me.

On one last note: make it a point this week to see where your energy is going.. as Tony Robbins says

Where Focus Goes.. Energy Flows
