We all have busy lives, schedules, etc. but if you’re anything like me, taking care of your body and putting nourishing foods in your body is a priority. After much MUCH testing, I’ve created my GO-TO green smoothie. Seriously. No measurements needed, just eyeball it (although I’ll put my measurements below)

SO, my 3 essential ingredients are

1 (or 2) RIPE large banana

2 cups of almond or cashew milk

2 handfuls of greens (my go to is spinach, but baby kale is great too!)

Now, if you are in a rush, blend it up and go go go!! But here are some optional add-ons that I typically use (but feel free to try whatever tickles your peach)


-Cacao Nibs: YES YES YES. boost of energy, antioxidants, and adds a fab chocolatey crunch. This pairs especially wellwith…

-ALMOND BUTTER: My fave is Justin’s Maple Almond Butter (this stuff is the shiz) and almond butter is filling, adds some protein and healthy fats to your diet

-chia seeds, flax seeds, maca, bee pollen, etc. Sprinkle any of your favorite superfoods to this blend to pack in some extra nutrition.
