HEY GUYS. So you all should be starting your day with a detox drink, whether thats simply warm water with lemon or it’s my detox drink (here) but one of my FAVORITE ways to wind down before bed with a book is to have a nice sleepy time tea. It’s chalk full of amazing ingredients to give you the best beauty sleep, and includes collagen that go to work on building amazing hair, nails & skin while you sleep.
SLEEPYTIME BEAUTOX TEA
1 scoop NATURAL CALM Calmful Sleep
1 scoop vital proteins collagen
1 serving of Reishi (I use the four dogmatic elixir, it includes things like rosehip & peppermint oil!)
1 TBSP (or if you’re psycho like me.. 2-3 lol) of Apple Cider Vinegar
1. Fill glass with hot water & stir.
