Hi hi.. hello! Popping up with some more amazing vid content I’m sooo excited to share! I really am having so much fun showing you guys my fav recipes.. and my BF is here, too. Was definitely interesting filming with him, lol.
My whole view (for me!) is it needs to be:
- What I’m CRAVING (really listen to your body!)
- QUICK & on the go!
Carbs have their place & all, but finding a hot pasta dish that is low- carb.. life changing. if you think about it, veggies & a protein?! Pretty much a HOT SALAD (: & make sure you load up on protein too because zucchini noodles have almost no calories (15 per serving.. (; )
