I DRANK FLOWER REMEDIES DAILY FOR A MONTH: HERE’S WHAT HAPPENED.

HELLO THERE. I need to tell you about something that I have been playing around with lately.


FLOWER REMEDIES.


What are they?

Well, they’re tinctures from the essences of wild flowers which you drop under your tongue intended to dissolve emotional blocks in the body.
To be exact, I use 4 drops under my tongue 4 times a day, and I use the tincture WALLFLOWER by Alexis Smart


Flower essences were discovered by Dr. Bach, who believed physical ailments were manifestations of emotional imbalances within the body. He was a doctor and homeopath and treated his patients emotional imbalances to help cure them physically. These flower essences are made to treat emotional imbalances, and each flower is made to treat a specific imbalance- according to Bach there are seven: fear, uncertainty, insufficient interest in present circumstances, loneliness, oversensitivity to influences and ideas, despondency or despair and overcare for the welfare of others.


I take my essences when I wake up, before I go to sleep, and twice in between. The one I have called Wallflower is designed for giving you courage, getting you comfortable with what makes you uncomfortable, taking steps you might be afraid of before. It’s something that I really have seen a difference with feeling better overall- is it placebo, being mindful of my intention four times a day or are flowers making a huge impact? 

Well, I’m really happy with the way I’ve been feeling either way, and am OBSESSED.
It’s something that with journaling and reading and being mindful, I’ve seen not only a profound difference using the essences, but each and every time I take them I’m brought back to my intention & check in with myself- which I’ve been loving.

Now I just took my flower essences and am off to juice some CELERY!!
